You keep your plan's features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. Your saved projects aren't deleted.

Yes. Every site Verinta generates includes a working contact form. When a visitor sends a message, it goes straight to the email address on your Verinta account — no setup needed, and it works on both published and downloaded sites.
No. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
